The places we stayed were absolutely first class, top of the line, amazingly comfortable, and luxurious accommodations. Food was that for a village and was extremely tasty. The guide was absolutely superb and catered to our every wish. This is also the only game in town if you really want reliable kosher food. While I am sure that the people in the kitchens at the various places we stayed are sincere and well-meaning they are not schooled in the intricacies of keeping kosher. The only way to ensure kosher food is to receive it pre-packaged, sealed, and ready to be heated, as it is already double wrapped. We receive a new shipment of fresh food every two days, and it was really fresh. We can unreservedly recommend this company for your kosher Safari.
